Privacy Commissioner releases Annual Report on PIPEDA

The Privacy Commissioner of Canada today delivered her 2005 Annual Report on the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act to Parliament. In it, she signals an intention, with additional funding, to be more proactive and to hold non-compliant companies accountable under the Act.
