Google Cache Fair Use: Nevada Court

A federal district court in Nevada has found that Google's "cache" feature is fair use that does not infringe U.S. copyright law. The decision is a welcome clarification of the legality of the common search engine practice, and may prove influential to courts considering other important search engine litigation, including the book publishers' case against the Google Book Search Library Project.
