Music File-Sharing Appeal Concludes

The Federal Court of Appeal heard oral arguments today in the appeal in BMG v. Doe. The Court reserved judgement. At trial, Justice von Finckenstein declined to turn over to the music industry the identities of individuals the industry alleges to have shared music files over the Internet.
